中国石化新闻网讯 据OGJ网站10月25日休斯顿报道,Hilcorp 阿拉斯加有限责任公司(Hilcorp)位于阿拉斯加州联邦水域的利伯蒂石油和天然气开发项目日前从美国海洋能源管理局获得了有条件的开发和生产批准。

如果Hilcorp继续实施这个项目,这个生产设施将成为阿拉斯加州联邦水域的首个油气生产设施。

Hilcorp计划在普拉德霍湾以东20英里和离阿拉斯加州海岸5英里处的19英尺(13米)深的水域中建造一个占地9英亩的人工岛。

这个项目将类似于目前在国家水域生产石油和天然气的人工岛:Spy岛、北极星岛、恩迪科特岛和Oooguruk岛。

Hilcorp Alaska LLCdvyzwfzx消防泵vudubtcdxebswywydxudsbby has received conditional development and production approval from the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management for the Liberty oil and natural gas project offshore Alaska.

If the company proceeds, the production facility would be the first in federal water off Alaska.

Hilcorp plans to build a 9-acre artificial island in 19 ft of water 20 miles east of Prudhoe Bay and 5 miles off the coast.

The project would be similar to artificial islands now producing oil and gas in state waters: Spy Island, Northstar Island, Endicott Island, and Oooguruk Island.

Approval conditions include restricted drilling into the productive reservoir, which may occur only during times of个性童鞋 solid ice; seasonal restrictions on activities and vessel traffic to reduce potential disturbance to Cross Island subsistence whaling; and procurement of all required permits from other state and federa建筑机械l agencies.

Hilcorp proposes to drill five to eight production wells, four to six wells for injection of water or gas, and as many as two disposal wells.

The project includes a pipeline with diameters of 16-in. of which 5.6 miles is subsea and 1.5 miles is onshore to link with an existing pipeline.
